A little surprise...

I had the opportunity to invite my dear lovely friend, and photographer, to my hometown Riala in Sweden.
It was a wonderful weekend and of course we got much done. We had a photo session, and also when we were working on that, another friend of mine made a little surprise.
But that will you not see until it's finished. ^_^

Mint green crochet sweater

This is an old project.
I started on it for almost two years ago. I wanted a crochet sweater and I wanted it in mint green (because it was the IT color right then). Also, I wanted to mix up the softness with some studs on the shoulders. To make it more rough.
Now after just finishing of some threads, I really like it.
And it's going to fit perfect for the coming autumn.

Forgotten projects

Being home is good, the only bad part right now is that I had to clean out two big wardrobes that have been full with bags and boxes of my things. So far I think I been to the recycling center with maybe 40% of everything.
The silver lining of this is that I have been finding old projects.
Some knitting projects that would be really fun to finish now and a dress that need to get the last touch.
My dog, Riddick, don't like it when I'm bothering him. (^_^)
Hopefully it will come up some nice pictures of them in a few days.

Home again

I must admit that it's nice to be home again.
Everything is normal but also have very altered. Only because I'm different from when I left.
But it's so nice to see my family and dogs. And of course my big wardrobe of fabrics and yarn.
(The view from my room in Vienna)
Obviously I will miss Wien and my friends there.
