Working on the last crochet details around (what feels forever) the bedspread.
I know that I will be feeling very proud over myself when this project is done. ^_^

I am always in my jungle of yarn, working on all my projects. (Right now: 4 work in progress, and maybe 1* amount of dormant!)

I think I need to get some structure in this... or, just fix that later.

My biggest project in this moment (and also for all my years as a craftsman) is a crochet bedspread.
I have seen them before and always thought "DAMN! Too big, too much... not in my lifetime!"
But then, of course, it came a request from a friend. And in that time it was very low on inspiration for me, so I really needed that push!
SO NOW! After a lot of work, and some trouble to find the yarn, I'm done with the lengths I needed to do.
Hopefully there are not to much left. ^_^

This was the first time I tried to coloring at home with natural materials. Before have I tried to coloring with color you have to wash in the washing machine with the fabric. (Usually with unsatisfying results for me.) But this was more fun and I must say the results is so crazy good!
Who thought that it could end up this great with only a little tea. I should have done this a long time ago.

That weekend in Berlin was like the dot over the i for me, (sorry for the really bad, direct translation from Swedish) but that weekend was the best little dose of German that I needed.
I was walking around with a silly smile all the time, because I was so happy hearing German! (In Berlin, what a shock! ) And I had some great time with Photo, and some partying, movie and just nice relaxing.
Did not shop anything anyway. Maybe stupid... could always need new shoes. Well, next time then!

 

I came back 23:00 on the Monday evening, and was working from Tuesday till today. ^_^ That’s why I'm telling this so late.

The days fly by and I don't know what to do about it.
I'm laughing at my self and my laziness.
Or maybe the word “lazy” is the wrong word. It can be... in so many different ways. In my way of saying that I'm lazy right now is translated to that I rather spend my time watching Doctor Who and work on a knitting than doing anything else. (On my free time of course. I still go to work!) But then it's always people seeing the things you aren't doing. And how kindly they are telling you about it.
I love the nagging that is coming from my friends and family. It means they care.

Lying in my bed with some small symptom of the common flu.
That's my life today. Sleeping, drinking liters of tea and watching a tv serie.
But that's ok, because I'm free from work for two days now.
Yes, my work!
I was a little nervous for how long it would take me to get on my own two feet when I moved back to Sweden. And thanks to my best friend help, it only took two weeks. ^_^
So I'm happy. I'm earning my own money again, starting to building up my contacts and planning my future.
