A colleague (from my part time work) asked for a crochet dress that she could wear on the beach this summer.
This is the result of that request, and I'm very pleased of the nice pattern.
The yarn created that pattern more than my mind. ^_^
This was the first time I tried to coloring at home with natural materials. Before have I tried to coloring with color you have to wash in the washing machine with the fabric. (Usually with unsatisfying results for me.) But this was more fun and I must say the results is so crazy good!
Who thought that it could end up this great with only a little tea. I should have done this a long time ago.
I hope my summer wardrobe will become as beautiful as I believe it can be!
And so far have I made one sweet little top to wear for, what I hope, will be a wonderful summer.
Can you feel the warm wind, hear the birds sing...
because I can't. Haha ^_^
Here in Sweden (at least in Stockholm area) it's so windy that you are freezing your buttocks off you if you have some nice summer clothes on you. And it haven't even been warm enough for me to dare to try swimming in the sea.
And (I'm just saying) I'm no chicken.
That is how it some times is, but it do not stop me from keeping on dreaming and planning for my own summer wardrobe.
