I have been having some days without inspiration and energy.
Hate when that happens. It's boring!!!!
And, top of that, have I also been having a really bad cold.
But this week have I no time for lack of energy. On Friday I'm moving from my host family to a student home.
So exiting!!! ^_^

I never had any time to show my New Year's dress before, so here comes the picture of it, finally.
It's made of a purple yarn mix with a sparkly black yarn with sequins on. Crochet together in one hole part.
The shoulders and the fabric underneath the crochet part is black and lustrous.
All to make it more fabulous for a night out! ^_^

Always working on something new!
As soon one project is over, I start with a new one.
(My curse is do that I sometimes can't wait till I'm finished with the old project. Then I end up with too much to handle!)

After I finish with my sweater "Shaped stripes" I had some yarn left.
Without any other colors to mix with, I started to think what I could do of this green/turquoise yarn. And it's also not so thick.
Hmm, of course I also was really tired of only knitting. I was more in the mood of crochet again.
So I begin with making some few squares in crocheting and after a while I saw what I wanted to do. In the end I made some knitting too. Who am I kidding, I LOVE IT!

Haha, finally my winter jacket is finish!
Now I can enjoy the rest of the winter in peace. It's 10 times better and warmer then just having my leather jacket, and it is also more stylish for when I'm going out.
Jackets have I been making before, but I have never made a hood. It took me some time to figure out how I would work with it. For a first time try it's good, and the design was really what I was striving for. Also the pockets (which I always have some problems with) turned out good!

I wanted so bad, to start with a collection I have been sketching on, today!!!!
But when it finally come to start edit and fixing the pieces for the clothes, I could not find my measuring tape. That's so typically me, and the worst part is that I have no idea of where it is!
So tomorrow shopping.
And for today I just had to keep on finishing some other projects and knitting. (Not the worst ^_^)

I had for a time think about making a striped knitted sweater, but I was not shore about how.
Many times have I been working with normal knitted stripes (you who have knitted skills know what I'm talking about), however, I wanted to give my self a challenge. It's the only thing I want to do this days.
Why make it easy for your self!
So this is my striped sweater. As soon I found the yarn and was starting mixing the colors this pattern was forming in my mind. And I must say I have never been this pleased with stripes before.

My winter jacket that I started on in the end of December is soon complete!
Then, with all to long time to spare, I will finally stop freezing.

This is a warm and nice sweater that I made from yarn that almost was finish. I had a lot of black yarn left and just a little of my pink/black/white yarn (that I made a dress of before) and I was really thinking about what I could do of all this.
Yes, of course you see the result in the picture.
It was so funny to see how it all turn out, because this was the first time for me with working on a pattern like this. And it was also a little challenging when the thickness of the yarn was not the same.
However, the result was really good in the end. ^_^
